Scott Associates was formed as a partnership in 2004 and developed into Scott Associates Europe Limited in 2009. Our main aim was to enhance the communication channels between Government/public sector organisations and the Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) communities. 

We now have a UK network of professional BME and Non-BME facilitators from varying backgrounds who deliver projects to the public, private and third sector.

Our main area of work is providing workforce development programmes for front line staff in addition to intervention programmes for vulnerable individuals/convicted terrorists in relation to the Prevent agenda.

In June 2011 the Managing Director of Scott Associates was named in the Queen's Birthday Honours list. The Managing Director was awarded an MBE for his innovative work that centered around the Prevent aspect of the UK's Counter Terrorism Strategy Contest.
